1) Socializing with my friends, visiting my family (grandparents), and playing sports. These are three things in order of importance that I truly really miss from my old normal. The main thing that I miss about socializing with my friends is just having fun with each other and the constant laughs. It is not the same thing online. The thing I miss the most about visiting my family is not being able to give them hugs and go their houses. Lastly, the thing I miss about playing sports is the competitive aspect it has to it since playing alone doesn’t have that. 2) There is only one thing I really do not really miss is going to school every day. Surprisingly, I find myself way more attentive and concentrated at home rather than at school. However, even though school is being done at home I am still trying to follow my routine is order to stay mentally and physically healthy. Furthermore, one thing I do not miss also is spending my money stupidly on unhealthy fast foods that I do not need. 3) As things will go back to normal in order to bring back the things that I miss without the things I do not miss, I think that is just a question of really getting used to my new lifestyle and to control myself to eliminate the things that I didn’t like about it. At the end it all ends up just to be self-control and in my opinion quarantine is helping with us due to the fact that we don’t really have a choice to stop to do the things that we don’t miss from our old routine. Nevertheless, it is definitely important to bring back the things we do miss and that will come with organization and self-control. 4) For the past few weeks I have been trying my hardest to keep the exact routine I had before it in order to facilitate the switch back. Technically, going back to normal for me should be a breeze since I really been trying hard to conserve my routine. However, there is some stuff that I got to ameliorate in my routine such as my nutrition. It is way easier at home to control what you are eating and how much you eat. Once we go back normal in order to continue this healthy habit I think I won’t have the choice but to start to prepare and plan my meals at least the day before in order to keep this habit. In conclusion, I think that the key to have a smooth transition is to prepare and be organize from the start of it and conserve your routine as it was prior to the confinement.

Week 10 questions
- Honestly I already started doing those things which are trying to keep up my regular exercise amount and not letting quarantine affect the quantity of exercise I was getting before. I am doing so by organizing myself way more and creating more than enough to work out to stay on top of my game.
- One thing I must stop is sleeping late and I should get back to old my sleep schedule which was way healthier.
- One thing I must continue doing is going on my weekly runs to get fresh air and continue staying organizing to be able to maintain my working out load.
- The most shocking thing to me during these times is how many people are still taking the situation to lightly and continue to have gatherings.

Week 8 Questions
a) The aspect of my goal where I was the most successful is my muscle endurance I’ve realized that in the past few weeks my muscle endurance truly became better. The benefits of this program was that I was able to achieve some of my goals and at the same time it forced me to work out at least twice a week with no excuses. b) I was less successful when it came to my nutrition and building muscle mass. I was probably not as successful in these aspects probably because they demand more dedication and organization and these are some things I need to work on. c) My nutrition did chance during the course of the program but maybe not as much as I wanted to. I made sure that I was eating three healthy meals a day which was not the case before. d) In my opinion, the most important thing I probably learned about myself was my limits and the way my body functions in terms of gaining muscle and weight. e) For the physical aspect, in the past few weeks it is clear that my muscle endurance got better for instance I am able to do more push-ups. Furthermore, for the physiological aspect I find myself way more dedicated to my physical life in terms of dedicating myself to working out more during the week. f) Honestly, for the first few weeks it was somewhat difficult for me to make time to workout but around week four it started to be easy for me to find time to exercise since I started being more organized with my work. g) I am trying my best to keep my routine the same as it was before in order “to stay on top of my game”. So, I keep doing my workouts and keeping up a good nutrition which is probably easier now because I am at home. Furthermore, I try to maintain a healthy sleep schedule of 7-9 hours.
